Domesticity abounds

Well, here is another post weekend report. Last week was full of witchy, pagan things and it felt wonderful. There were evenings of gatherings for Samhain and it just kept getting better and better. Even my own work was strong and clear. This will likely be an intense dark season - given the introspection I intend and the issue I must address

Thank you. Blessings to you as well. I hope that your celebration was (or will be) wonderful. Do you celebrate in October or November? I was going back and forth on the when and the why and then decided just to give in. For me, it is the intent of the honoring and the celebration.

Was it hard for you going to a group energy? I am glad it went well fo ryou. I do like the idea of the astronimcal midway between the A EQ and Yule - but, as mentioned, sometimes it is easier to go with the flow and celebrate as much of the world is doing it.

Praise be given to the simple domestic dealings of a weekend. Much the same was had here, except for the family and friends part, which I sort of miss. Cleaning out the fireplace from the Samhain fire was neat. I kept some of the ashes for next year. Went to a Pow Wow on sunday that was just amazing. All in all a very good weekend. Thanks, honey! All is well here. Yorble even got into the groove of things. He, a professed Heathen, bought flowers and foods for the celebration. Good you on saving the ashes!! Smart move.
