According to this article if there is a witch out there who wants to make you into a zombie the best defense against her witchy ways is to wear a pair of panties and a used pad around your neck/ And I'm not talking about the kind of pad you write on. The article specifically states that it must be a bloody pad. Yay?

I don't know, maybe different types of blood taste different to vamps. If that is the case I would think menstrel blood is the equivalent of Spam. Not inedible but surely not the filet minon that the blood of virgins straight from the carotid would be...
Also I may've put too much thought into the eating habits of vampires.
