350 pages and six hours later, I'm done.
Daryl says I need a hobby.
It was good, I think. It started off as a fair zombie story, then kind of...evolved. I would recommend it, particularly if you're a fan of King's work. It made me think of a much better Tommyknockers meets Dawn of the Dead. One thing that did throw me off is all the contemporary references. At one point, King references Hurricane Katrina. I mean, wow. Not ready to see that in novels yet. I guess I haven't bought any brand-new contemporary books in a long time.
So now, after a six-hour stint of solid reading, I'm looking to occupy myself. And I think I'm hungry.
