making my way over the research paper wall
today we met the new youth minister and his wife. they seem nice and pretty cool and they have cute kids, but as of right now, i don't know them well enough to make any more assertions about them.
i went to uab today with my sister to look for critical articles because libraries kinda scare me and now i feel a little more excited about the school side of college. the people in the library were searching for information that will help them to achieve their goals in life. the whole idea makes me that much more excited about my next 4 years or so.
i am currently printing out what seems like 20 million pages worth of critical articles for my research paper.
this past weekend was my last official showchoir competition. i have to say it's bittersweet. it takes up a lot of my time, but i guess it's been pretty fun. here is me reminiscing:
favorite opener: "dancin' so close to the fire"
favorite transition: "down with love"
favorite ballad: "if i can't love her"
favorite guy's #: "africa"
favorite girl's #: "straight up"
favorite closer: "far from over"
