Happy Halloween
Happy Halloween! I’d love to say I’m going to load you up with great pictures but truth be told, I’m running until at least Thursday and yes, STILL no internet. But that’s not going to dampen my holiday spirit. I didn’t get much in the way of decorating done anyhow but I did get that moving ghost light up and it was pretty cool. I tried to take a video of it but I’m not sure I can get it up online.
Monday I made a carrot cake in the shape of a tombstone (pictures someday) and I posted two stories, the FMA one here and let me link you up with my original story. I’d love to know if you read it. find Carnival of Lost Souls here
I’m technically writing this post late monday night, utterly exhausted after a major diabetic attack at midnight and I’m watching The Horror at the Cecil Hotel on ID Discovery. But I’m ANNOYED because it’s fictionalized true crime for ‘dramatic effect.’ So now I’m wondering what IS the true story of the Cecil. If even half of this is true, it’s fascinating but of course I can’t look it up. Stupid internet.
Today I’m posting early as I have a doctor’s appointment to have another look at my hip and talk disability paperwork. I hate this but it probably needs done. Worse, I have no time between class, this appointment and a party in the evening so I have to go in costume….whee?
The party is trivia night at the Colony Club with L, TH & BB. It should be a lot of fun. I’m looking forward to it.
