though just to clarify since I know this is your first time at this particular rodeo, you know international issue means you have to write about them on the NT, not club team, right? I mean, you're obvs welcome to reference their club team, esp since they're also teammates there, but the focus of the fic has to be them on international duty.

oh, and this is random, but does Pepe have, like... more to his name that I can put up there? I wasn't sure if this is like Raul where he does actually have a last name that people use or like Kaka where if you said "dos Santos Leite" nobody would have a clue who you were talking about. but there are lots of people named Pepe, so... disambiguation would be awesome!

hahahaha good question! it's definitely more the latter -- his actual name is Képler Laveran Lima Ferreira, but literally the only place i've seen it used is on getty images or fifa.com stats.... probably anything but "pepe" would confuse people more than just leaving it.

(true story: in my head, the two pepes are "pepe reina" and "pepe raging bull." but i guess that's not really useful for your purposes.
