Can anyone refer me to a CSS Editor that is:
- free to download
- easy to use
- provides preview in browser?

I'm itching to modify some LJ layouts from thefulcrum.

Yes. I'm a freak like that.
I'm actually having fun trying to create a Production Estimate form using MS Excel. From scratch. Using the real Purchase Order form next to it as a base, but still,.. I"m making it from scratch. Hee..

My routine when arriving at work:
- turn on computer
- flick the blinds
- switch on the AC

Check the settings on my MSOutlook, test it, and it's GO!
