Hot Cat, Fixed Cat.
I took Foxy Brown in to get fixed this morning. The doctor called and said that Foxy did very well, and was already awake. We'll pick her up tomorrow (they keep the cats overnight for observation or something).
When I was getting the price estimate this morning ($150!), they said that the charges would be more if the cat is in heat or is pregnant. I know she wasn't pregnant (Kitty has been fixed for years now), but she has been in heat for a while. At least, that's what we suspected.
The doctor said that Foxy was in heat so bad, she had the biggest uterus the doctor had ever seen.
