I don't think I told any of you but I applied for job that would have been a promotion within the company I work for. It was between me and two other applicants and I had the interview last week. The interview went well and I was told I'd find out this week. Well I found out today I didn't get the job but that the manager who interviewed me was suitably impressed with me and that never hurts. I'm not too fussed about not getting the job because while the extra money would have been nice I would have had to commute a lot further than I do now and that would have been a bit of a pain. The good thing about not getting the job means that I will have an action plan put in place to help improve myself within my current role so that the next time I apply for a job within the company I will be in a better position.

I don't really have much else to say right now but I'm trying to get in to the habit of using this journal more. Here's hoping I can actually do that. :D
