One step closer
I tried to post this yesterday but apparently the folks running lj had to go out and buy a replacement hamster to power their servers.
Anyway, we had our inspection on Monday. No major problems found, just a few minor things to fix or maintain. We had our roof assessment on Tuesday. The roofer declined to give an estimate because he said the roof appeared to be in fine shape and not in need of replacement.
So, we've passed the point that we got stuck on last time. Barring any weird unexpected problems we will finally be homeowners (and Minneapolites) next month.
