Well, in case you didn't notice I changed the title on my live journal page. It is a quote from the song Breathe (2am) by Anna Nalick. My favorite part of the song is

I heard the song yesterday and in my gloomy mood it really spoke to me, especially the hourglass being glued to the table. You can't turn back time, you can't change things that happen so take what you can from it and move on. I'm trying to keep that in mind as I go.
Today was a good day for once in a long time. I feel like I got a lot done and I am finally in a semi good place. The kids were good today and I think they may have learned something even. I also had this big meeting with a set of difficult parents and I kicked ass in it. By the end of the meeting I had the parents very pleased and agreeing with me about the issues I see with their daughter. It was great. Tonight I got a lot done and I feel really good. Plus next week is only a 3 day week because of a half professional day on Thursday and being off on Friday. Woohoo for finally being in a good spot.
