(no subject)
Well I think 5th year is great! I really don't have any hmmph classes like last year when it was like hmmph maths hmmph french...All I probably done in 3rd/4th year was moan. Anyway yeah it's amazing.
So this is what happened today...
I was in an unusually GREAT mood mainly because after my hair straighteners breaking, then my new ones breaking, I finally have ones that work!
Anyway in sociology we started copying and I was like blah but she stopped after we had copied unit b to staple in a sheet and the stapler took like a year to go round the class! When it got to Craig and Dario they made a right scene seriously. I'd hate to see them working in an office because by the way they were acting you'd think they had never used it in their life! After we had used it we just talked until it got passed round the class. Everything makes me laugh now hahahahaha....yeah I'm just a super happy person.
In computing we started by going over some boring ADITDEM stuff and that was like super boring then after what felt like hours we finally got to writing pseudocode for some weird program that takes in test marks, calculates the average then tells you whether you passed or failed. So after the 'design' stage I went on to 'implementation' (H) and we only had like 5 minutes so I had to type so fast that I couldn't keep up with myself and I got it finished except from in the last procedure I forgot to put the proc and endproc. SUPER ANNOYED!
Then it was break and that was just break-y
Double modern studies! Woo! Modern studies rocks so much...because like our table is just awesome and Miss Murray was being super nice :) She let us work for like 40 mins then we had a 20 min break then we worked some more and stopped 15 mins early! Was super happy and it was just hilarious...everyone got the piss taken out of but in a fairly hilarious way. Amye was pissed at craig and craig was pissed at me and I was just kinda like lol. Anyway Amy Jane drew on Dario's jotter so he drew on mine so I drew on Craigs and he got super pissed off hahaha then um we saw this picture of John Major in the books and Amye commented that in primary Dario had glasses as big as his, which he did hahahaha...so Dario was like stfu...and Amy Jane was just laughing and then Craig told her that mishap of a sentence I said the other day about Amy Jane shitting herself rather than sitting herself...Like in computing cause I didn't know if Catherine would be there so we decided Amye would sit next to me blah blah blah anyway NEXT...........................................................
It was lunch and we got out early so I went to the dining hall with Amye and that because nobody else was out then I just couldn't really be bothered going to the wall so I stayed and then we went to the jet and back then caught up with Suze and Rachel and then lunch was over and it was time for English.
In english we picked library books, well didn't pick them but we went to look at the lists they had made up. The way Mrs Warnock made it, it was as if they were HUGE lists and it was like what? 2 sides of a4 for the books recommended for higher. So then I was a wee bit pissed off that we didn't get a copy of the list. I mean I took the name of 7 books that seemed good but I bet there is a pure amazing one there and I don't even know about it because she took the motherfucking sheets back! Stupid stupid stupid librarian. So then we went back to class and the period was almost over so it was off to human biology.
There we went over the cell stuff we had done the previous day thennnnnnnn we done something about cell membranes and how the little =O faces let this mad protein stuff float in between them hahahaha. Aye. So we drew the little diagram and answered some questions and that was that.
When we were coming downstairs two 2nd years were pushing each other and Dario came behind them and push them down the stairs and I thought he was pushing a random down the stairs and I was shocked :O And me being all mature confronted him about this matter and it turned out he knew them and that was funny at the time cause you had to see him really push this guy down the stairs.
Got home, gave dad my ema form and he reckons I might not even get it if they take every it of money that comes into the house because then we're just over 30k and that sucks...and I don't get pocket money right now because I just really get it when I need it so dad says if I don't get it he'll give me the £10 a week or whatever so either way I'll get money which is good cause whenever I need something I HATE asking because it just makes me feel really awful and mums always like GRRRR HMMMMPH GRRRR especially when my hair straighteners broke, since my previous ones broke...then my new ones come and they crack and burn my hair so she has to buy me new new ones...and yeah just pooey.
So tomorrow morning seems boring...computing which probably will be boring because I've finished coding my program and she'll send me back to write psedocode for another program. It's crap finishing first because you get more written work than the stupid people that can't even work comal. Then english after that, oh joy! I don't even know what book I want to do it on. It's between:
Memoirs of a geisha by Arthur Golden
Angels & Demons by Dan Brown
Chocolat by Joanne Harris
Rebecca by Daphne Du Maurier (which mum thinks I should do it on mainly because its got the same name as me)
The woman in black by Susan Hill
Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte (which amy jane says is good but mum says is a pure old book)

About a boy by Nick Hornby but I didn't really like the film so I'll rule that out. And maybe rule out Dan Brown...because I mean he is a great author and I love his books but it's never clear to me what the whole main point of the book is...I usually just see them as stories which I enjoy reading and this english thing we're going to be writing seems to be going quite deep so maybe I should read something by someone I've never read anything from before.
I liked the sound of the reviewy this for chocolat because its about a woman opening up a chocolate shop in paris and then something about a church or something or other and it seemed interesting when I read the mad sampley thing I read.
Still really unsure.
Then double sociology which should be fun-ish
Human bio which will probably be boring cells again
Modern studies which should be good even though I have to work really hard to get the powers of the prime minister and examples of each finished.
So that'll do for now :)
