I realized this morning during a particularly unpleasant bus trip that how I see this Near has a good deal to do with this song. For those that don't know Buffalo Springfield, they're most famous for 'For What it's Worth,' as featured in that movie with Nicholas Cage and all the guns, and parodied in Clone High when Abe Lincoln is falling out of the window onto his head after being knocked over by Joan of Arc and Cleopatra in the epic pillow fight, during that episode with the knork.

Anyways, it's a fabulous, fabulous song, download it. (Link good for seven days.) If you get to this post and it's not active, comment and I'll re-upload for the sheer pretty.

OTHER NOTES- any rooms people want revisited? Especially ones with marked doors- this Near doesn't know and will boldly go, as it were.

OTHER OTHER NOTES- I'm having a shitty, shitty few days and am trapped in bed with a bad cold. I'm also upset over a less-than-kind comment someone made about my characterization choices elseweb, so if anyone feels like a thread please poke-ping (UndrwO) it would cheer me up mightily and hopefully make me stop brewing over RP choices and how seriously I should be taking it in relation to how seriously I'm NOT taking it. (Which is not too seriously. I'm a fucking criminology major, this is my BREAK from the serious. I spend my days learning about Harbottle, Nette, Smithers and how they all killed each other in various legal-precedent setting ways, I come online for the fun.)

OTHER OTHER OTHER NOTES- Movies referenced in Horror Movie Post (what I was going off.)

-Lost
-Sleepy Hollow
-Web
-Children of the Corn
-Signs
-Korean horror flick whose name I've Forgotten
-Everything Romero ever made
-Abbot and Costello Meet the Werewolf (only werewolf movie I've ever really seen)
-The Ring
-Supernatural (tv show)
-Snow White (yes, the disney version)
-Halloween
-Cloverfield
