Today would have been my 82nd birthday.

We had a strained relationship for many years - mainly due to my marriage.

And, when I ended that - we reunited as a family and we began to rebuild our relationship.

But, she fell to Alzheimers a very short year later - and eventually I lost her for good.

I know I've done this in the past - but I'd like to post

That's lovely Mark. This year would have seen my mum's 90th birthday and my dad's 98th! In 2014 I will have to do something special to commemorate it.
