If you don't mind me asking...do you know why? Are people in your homeland gifted with especially advanced immune systems, or does disease really just not exist there?

I know it is not just the people born there. An outsider found his way there and has the same advantages the rest of us have. We do know the water in the springs there has special properties and we used to have a magical draught that gave those same properties when we traveled outside.
