Not that I have been asleep, but the real test of how I've been doing in my graduate studies so far combined with working more or less full time is my upcoming physics exam on Wednesday. And not that as if I am behind or in trouble studying, but I am still nervious before an exam.
I think that I have a better grasp of things this time around than when I was first learning them in Davis. I am not so intimidated by problems and think of various ways of approaching a problem rather than gettings stuck and going nowhere. This Wednesday I am off from work so I can actually study well on the day of the exam.
Other than that, work is still going fine. I think Intel may slowly be coming out of a slump and be headed in a good direction. I hope that in about 2 years when I have finished school and gotten my Masters, the company is strong once again and a technology leader, so that I commit to it and maybe I can get an engineering position. For now, I just have to keep working, learning new job skills, and being a good student.
Emmy is doing wonderfully too. Her internship at Family Court is going well. She is very busy with various papers, projects and the job. She only has this year to go and she is done with school - at least in principle.
More later....
