WHEW!
Well, I made it through the weekend! I thought it would NEVER end. Saturday, as I got to work, the cash register shut down, and I had to go without it for 2-1/2 hours. What a strain on my brain! Then, my boss brought me an old till that doesn't add tax, so I had to enter everything on the calculater and again on the cash register. Since it didn't keep an accurate record for some depts., I had to write those in a ledger. It was a lot of B.S. It would have been much more simple and professional if they had let me do it the way I wanted. We weren't supposed to get the till back until today, if then, so Sunday went about the same as Saturday.
Sherri called me at work Saturday night, wanting to have a long, serious talk. Yay. Like I needed a repeat of her last temper tantrum. So, I told her she could come over Monday, before she goes to court (probation violation, giving a false name, no insurance, driving after revocation). She showed up, asked if she should bother fighting for "us." Haven't I been telling her that I don't want her back? So, she got upset, told me she is out of my life, and left. I feel bad that she's hurting, but not bad enough to go back to that life.
Anyway, all that is behind me, at least for now. So life is good again! I'm going to Stillwater on Wednesday to see my Honey, because I don't think I can wait another week to see him...and that Trac phone! I can only hear half of what he says on that thing! I'd like to hear a full sentence from him. :P
I guess I'd better go...this is taking too long with all the IMs...catch ya later...
