(no subject)
Ok so I manage to force myself to sleep in and wake up at 9 this morning, which is awesome as I always wake up at the crack of stupid o'clock every morning(aka 5:10 x_X) and find it incredibly difficult to sleep past 7.
I had a good week so far ^_^ We had our first game of summer soccer on Tuesday. We drew though. :(
on Wednesday we had our graphics gathering - did NOT get Josh's 'crazy' song in my head (which is no small feat let me tell you) and went to see 'Jeff Wayne's Musical Version of War of the Worlds' on stage, which was awesome, with all the cool looking three metre holograms and funky lighting. The band were awesome and it made me feel like I was in pre-school again (I had the biggest obbsession with this thing since birth I tell you!).
Anyways, on Thursday I went driving around with Tim and Josh, saw Ratatoullie (soooooo adorable) and went on to draw my first ever male at life drawing, which was excellent as always.
Friday, our course we skateboarded, although I gave it a go and it was nothing like skateboarding *unco!* and then bek and myself went ICE SKATING, which was what we had been waiting for forever!!!1! However while Bek takes to it like a duck to water, I, who has only roller bladed once ever mind you, struggled in the beginning. After various help from Bek, Mike and George, and a score of ASC students I did 'graduate' from using the wall and was able to get around quite well (well considering how bad I was from the start xD) and it was nice at the end all linking hands and helping Matt (American student, same boat as me - never skated) get around the ice ^_^ oh and get this folks. I didn't fall down once!
And to top it all off, Saturday night as you might have seen, was our soccer presentation. Well our team dogged the 'official' one and we all went and did our own. Dinner at Nulla Nulla, Amy and I shared the biggest, most thickest pancakes we had ever had the pleasure of seeing in our lives. We then made our way to Caringbah RSL and onward to Karaoke! Needless to say, our team dominated the stage xD I, along with Amy, drank a squillion double blacks and we all danced awesomely around the little dancefloor. Went back to John's house, continued the G-Unitness and then went home. All I want to know is: Where were you Irene and Timaley??!!! heh heh :P
well I going to go off and do something. Read maybe. Eat something, make egg sandwiches...
