[The Doctor doesn't open the box from the postman at first. He doesn't want anything to do with the man who decided to wreak havoc on Christmas. So he sets it on the kitchen table and leaves it. However, eventually his curiosity gets the better of him

[As soon as he opens his door, he will find chalk messages everywhere. In large letters on the street, on the sidewalks, his house, his mailbox, his fence... everything, he will find two familiar words: HELLO SWEETIE. Neighbors had been so kind as to point out his house, hence the targeting. If he looks at his front door, he'll find a note with a curly-haired stick figure with a smile on her face. An address is written underneath it: 1124 Taylor Road.

[In the present, River hunts the house for her various belongings while waiting for the Doctor to receive her "message". She no longer pays any mind to the package that had been left for her at the door and since been opened. Her hunt continues until she's searched over the house twice and lets her mind dwell over her memories... one in particular sticking out above the rest when the Doctor had come to visit her in Stormcage....]
