I love steak. LOVE IT. So does my mother-in-law - but she eats hers so wrong. She orders every cut of beef, from filet to sirloin, WELL-DONE. Steak was meant to be eaten medium-rare, at the very most. I actually prefer it a little more on the rare side. Even waiters have shaken their heads along with me as I hear those awful words "Well-done
