This past Saturday we spent the day in Baltimore. It was a gorgeous day; perfect for walking around the Harbor. We started with lunch at
Rusty Scupper, which was absolutely delicious.
Then we just walked around the Harbor for a while, lusting over the boats and enjoying the sunshine. We had heard that
Fells Point was now a nice spot to check out, so we headed on over. The last time I had been to Fells Point was when Chris and I were dating. He took me there late at night, and had to hustle me past a drug deal going down. It might still be a little wild at night since there are a lot of bars, but it was fine during the day.
After walking around Fells Point for a while and getting lots of pictures (mostly Chris and his mom, who are photography buffs), we decided it was time for something sweet and ended up at the Cheesecake Factory for dessert. Did you know that a slice of Lemon Raspberry Cream Cheesecake is 18 POINTS? I didn't either until after I got home and checked. I don't think the scale is going to show a loss this week. But it was worth it.
I would love to have a boat.
The Domino Sugar factory has been there FOREVER:
