Hi all,

As many of you know,  a few weeks ago I traveled to Wisconsin for the funeral of my father.  While this was a sad time for me,  it also gave me the opportunity to do quite a bit of photography,  as I drove there and back.  I'm now starting in on showing the sets of photographs I got during this time,  many of them towards the beginning are ( Read more... )

Hi all,

I didn't get a chance to get out and do any photography this weekend,  so I though I'd post some of the photos I've been editing recently.  Only one of them I posted here before,  it's the lighthouse shot.  For this shot,  I applied a technique called "cross processing,"  the idea is that it's supposed to look like the photo was taken ( Read more... )

Hi all,

this weekend I was on Whidbey Island.  Most of the time the wind was unsuitable for KAP.  Yesterday the winds were far too light,  and this morning they were far to strong.  Later in the afternoon however I managed to catch an hour of good light and good winds.  Here are the fruits of that labor:
