[Action] A mammoth task
Rika took a deep breath, wrapped her hand around the door handle and opened the door. The sight that greeted her was worse than she had remembered. Boxes were everywhere, some were still sealed and upright, most of them were overflowing or upturned onto the floor. The floor itself was barely visible beneath the mass of material, clothes, cooking utensils and much more.
"Remind me again why we're in here?" Yoshi asked as they gingerly pushed their way into the room
"Because Touya needs the ribbon and I know it's in here somewhere, we just need to find it" she finished, looking around knowing it was going to take a while.
"And I'm helping because..." he replied, picking up a box only to have the bottom break and the contents fall all over the floor.
"Because you love me" Rika answered with a grin as she made her way over to the back wall, "And because if you weren't I'd probably get lost in here, never to emerge again" She climbed up onto a slightly wobbly stool in order to reach the shelf above her.
"Well we can't have that can we?" Yoshi said, as he made his way over to her and placed his hands on her waist, steadying her.
Smiling her thanks she pulled hard on the box, she had expected it to be much heavier than it was which resulted in her falling back heavily on Yoshi. Luckily he had guessed what would happen and easily held her against him, she turned her head to smile sheepishly at him.
"I wont do that again" she said, "Thank you" She kissed him before righting herself, looking around she noticed a lot of sewing things peeking out from a box. "Lets try over there"
With a weary sigh Yoshi helped her down and followed her lead. It was going to be a long afternoon.
