Chestnut recipes?

I've been digging through Pinterest and not coming up with a lot of ideas to use the chestnuts I have in the pantry. Anyone have any ideas besides chestnut stuffing (which LOOKS good - but not something I make a lot) and candied chestnuts?

I've never had real chestnuts before so I would like something that really highlights the flavor of them.
