Galeta with plums and walnuts

160 g of flour
75 g cold butter
¾ cup powdered sugar
Egg (small)
Salt
Ice water 1 - 2 tbsp
Plum 500 gr
2-3 tbs of sugar
Lemon juice-1 tbsp
Walnuts 100 gr


Mix the flour with cold butter. Next, add powdered sugar, egg,salt and ice-cold water and quickly make a dough. (If the dough is too sticky to the hands, add more flour). Put the dough in the refrigerator for 1.5 hours.
Cut the plums, remove seeds, sprinkle with sugar and drizzle with lemon juice. Roll the dough and put the plums. Bake at 190C about 25 minutes ( until golden brown). Bon appetite!
