Сlafoutis with pears

I have to say that this summer my fruit is pear. All day I wanted to eat something sweet ,and in the freezer I found THEM!!! Clafoutis I prepared for the first time, and it was very tasty. I hope you will like.

Thank you! You can even use only milk 180-200 gr, or heavy cream instead double cream. You choose! It will be tasty I promise :)

That looks wonderful. Could you make it with a pastry base? My granny used to make this pudding with cherries that my mum swears was clafoutis, but I'm sure there was pastry involved.
