I have to say that this summer my fruit is pear. All day I wanted to eat something sweet ,and in the freezer I found THEM!!! Clafoutis I prepared for the first time, and it was very tasty. I hope you will like.
Pears 4
Flour 75 gr
Eggs 4 PCs
Milk 130 gr
Double Cream-50 g.
Salt
Oil 1 tablespoon
Vanilla sugar, 20 gr
Sugar 50 g
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Powdered sugar for serving
Clean the pears, divide in half and sprinkle with lemon juice. Beat eggs with sugar for 2 minutes, Add milk, cream, flour, salt. All beat well. Grease the form, pour the mixture and put pears, sprinkle with a little sugar. Bake at 190 C for about 25-30 minutes. Turn off the oven and let stand there for another 15 minutes Yummyyyyy!
