What to do with... Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs (ETA *one* restriction)

Mar 16, 2013 17:58

I bought a pack of boneless skinless chicken thighs from the local co-op, and because I'm not sure if they'd already been frozen and thawed, I just put them in my little corner of the fridge (yay, communal dorm kitchens!). So basically, I want to use them up before they go bad. What are your favorite ways to cook boneless skinless chicken thighs?

-I don't have any dietary restrictions
-Stovetop, grill, or oven only; someone took exception to my crockpot when I left it out to clean it. (Yay, communal dorm kitchens! /sarcasm)
-Quick and easy recipes preferred, especially if they're the kind that can be mostly made ahead

!!!EDIT!!!

I am so, so sorry, I should have mentioned this before: I can't do any recipes with beer, wine, or other alcohol in it. Not because I'm underage or can't consume alcohol for health reasons, but because I go to school on a dry campus and I'm an RA in a wellness dorm, so I could actually get kicked out for even having paraphernalia.

Again, my apologies; it slipped my mind, totally my fault.
