Is there such a thing as a healthy-ish casserole?

Hi All! Call me crazy, but I love casseroles. They are my personal comfort food.....however, I can't seem to find one without canned cream soups or tons of cheese. Does anyone have a good casserole recipe that is somewhat healthier, or at least contains whole foods rather than processed foods?

I will share one that I make all the time. It's delicious. I add some cooked carrots to this recipe and I also use whole wheat spaghetti as well :)
