Rice and other grains
So I currently have Trader Joe's Israeli couscous, Trader Joe's rice orzo pilaf mix and a box of risotto rice (I've used this risotto in paella in the past) in my pantry and I'm looking for some new recipes to try out. What are your favorite recipes for any one of these rice or grains? I'd prefer summer recipes since it's really hot and humid where I am but I'll take any recipe you've got.
