I done got myself a ham bone after Thanksgiving, that I immediately froze until a proper weekend came along when I have the luxury of doing something with it. That weekend is now. I've never cooked with a ham bone before but I'm excited to try it! (my family was originally going to throw it out and I was like "what the hell are you doing?!?")
Aside from the fact that this thing is large enough and frozen enough to be used as a weapon against any potential burglars, I'm thinking of turning the ham bone into this:
