How much to make for taco bar? Side dish ideas?
My daughter's 2nd birthday party is this weekend and we are doing a "build your own" taco bar. I have no idea how many pounds of ground beef to use. We are expecting around 20 adults and 10 kids. We do have a few hefty appetites in our family too, so I'd like to make sure we have enough.
Also, ideas for side dishes? I remember seeing a mexican bean salad recipe somewhere before that sounded good, but I can't find it now. We are doing cake of course, but I don't know what else to make to go with it.
