Ham
Hi :)
I have just over a kg of ham that needs to be used up. I chopped it into cubes and such and froze it about 6 months ago and just remembered about it O.O
Hopefully it's still ok.
Ok so I need to use the ham, and I also have a leek and some potatoes which desperately need using. This seemes to scream soup, but I think my flatmates would kill me if I tried to put more soup into our VERY full freezer. I have general spices and some other vegetables etc as well as all of the grains and beans. So what do you think I should make? Bonus points if it will last in the fridge for a couple of days.
