need menu inspiration & cookie ideas
I'm hosting a Christmas Eve brunch for 4 people and I'm looking for a few ideas to get my creativity flowing. I can certainly do bacon & eggs (or similar) but I'm looking for something a little out of the box.
- Night before prep ideal.
- No bananas.
- Diabetic friendly a plus.
Thoughts?
Also - what is your all-time favorite cookie? As in, when you see a plate of "X" you can't control yourself and must keep going back for more. Recipes (or link to recipe) for unusual cookies appreciated.
