W/M on gas oven, what temperature?

Hi, oven help needed! My google-fu has totally failed me. Anybody has any idea which temperature W/M that preceeds 200F on a gas oven handle would correspond to?
I basically need to get 100F in my oven - would it answer or is it too much to hope for?
