I've got tortilla soup planned for tonight, but I'm stuck as to what to serve with it!
I'd love something with a bit of a Mexican flair (to fit with the soup), and definitely something that won't cost a lot of money to make - I've got all manner of spices, but very little aside from that. I was thinking something with potatoes, pasta, or rice, maybe?
Any suggestions for me? :)
