Heating milk for Latte's
Since storebought milk is already pasturized, When you heat milk up in the microwave (a lot faster than heating it on the stove), is there a reason that it needs to be a particular temp??
I'm having to somewhat give up my Mountain Dew addiction.... and I've really gotten into drinking Hazelnut Latte's (or my home made version of them at least, since constant Starbucks trips gets to be pricy), but there's absolutely no way that I can afford to invest in a milk steamer.
