Hunting for great slaw dressings
Hi everyone,
Spring is here(even if Mother Nature hasn't figured that out for this 3 day weekend) and so starts salad and picnic season. I love coleslaw or other slaw recipes but hate mayo. I'm on the hunt for some good dressing for a slaw salad that doesn't include mayo/yogurt/sour cream type dressing. Also no nut based dressings, seeds are OK. Hmm, a pesto slaw could be interesting if it would work.
Any variety is welcome, I'm on the hunt for a basic version and something with more Asian spin.
