Using up a bunch of granny smith apples

Last week, a bought a large bag of granny smith apples...they were on a really good sale. I can't seem to use them fast enough, and they need to be used before they turn. Anyone have any good ways to use up a LOT of apples quickly? I thought about apple pie but I'm not much of a baker.
