Hey people. I'm a student doing culinary skills. Having a comprehensive exam next week.
I did the dish above. It's coated salmon with lightly sauteed button mushroom with parmesan cheese. the orange base you see there, is pumpkin smash. And right at the bottom is lemon butter sauce.
I need some comments, if it looks appetizing.
Would you order this as your main course, if I were to sell it at reasonable price?
