What kind of spices can I flavor some chili with without making it spicy? No peppers, so... what else can I throw in there?
*Not even mild peppers. Spicy or not, I don't like them. :P
EDIT: And if instead of answering my question you just want to tell me that without chili peppers it's not "chili", then think of it as "bean/meat/tomato stew", if that makes you feel better about it. :)
