Sweet potato problem
Hi there,
I'm going to making a pork roast tonight and I would really like to have sweet potatoes with it. However, baked sweet potatoes should apparently be cooked at 350 while this pork roast should be baked at 325. Should I just throw the sweet potatoes in the oven with the pork, cook them a bit longer, and hope for the best? Do you have any simple but tasty sweet potato recipes i can make on my stove instead? What do you think I should do? Thanks.
