Question about salmon steaks

Hello, hello.

I have two lovely salmon steaks. Normally, I buy filets. I own a grill pan (but no barbeque), and if I'd bought filets, that's what I'd use to cook them. However, I'm concerned the steaks will stick to the grill pan, since the flakey part of the steak will be face-down on the grill pan.

This leaves me with two questions:

First, does anyone know whether I'm in for a sticking, fishy mess if I cook my salmon steaks in a grill pan? (I use olive oil rather than cooking spray to grease my grill pan.)

Second, does anyone have a stellar recipe for broiled or roasted salmon? I'm serving tonight's fish with a side of brussels sprouts.
