Farewell 2008, Greetings 2009
1. What did you do in 2008 that you'd never done before?
Went to Scotland (Orkney) and spent 6 weeks living in a cottage with people i didnt particularly like, bar one. I got my masters research degree after lots and lots of stress and tears. Overdosed on pro plus. Met Bleeding Through, sung at a show, Moved back to Nottingham, went on benefits, had my first few job interviews, went on a dinner date with a boy.
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I wanted to learn german, which im still doing, pass my driving test which i failed twice, pass my masters degree, which i did.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?

Scotland
6. What would you like to have in 2009 that you lacked in 2008?
A job, money, confidence, contentness
7. What date from 2008 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
The day when Phil told me he liked me...hmmm, going to Orkney, my seminar presentations day, meeting alan, date with alan, walls of jericho on my birthday, various rock city nights, meeting bleeding through on tour, singing with Brandan, tea at the ritz hotel.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Passing my masters degree
9. What was your biggest failure?
giving in to depression and unhappiness
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
a few colds and mega flu in the autumn
11. What was the best thing you bought?
i bought my first pair of hees only the other day! i also bought my first proper dress in November, a black lace one!

Sid, for being awesome to work with in Orkney. the ex.
13. Whose behaviour made you appalled and depressed?
the ex, my supervisor at university, complete cunt.
14. Where did most of your money go?
recently, rent for the house. and phone bills, need to seriously cut back on that.
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Walls of jericho, various other gigs, rock city. alan. hmm.

i spent it with my mum, she was depressed and cried alot of the day. Then i went to my dads a few days later. Still here now. Want to leave.
21. Did you fall in love in 2008?
No. I met someone who i got really excited about, but it didnt work out :(

none. nearly one but i made him wait. kinda wished i had just done it now.
23. What was your favourite TV programme?
outnumbered, recently discovererd those programme, is amazing!
24. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?
i dont really hate anyone, i dislike and find many annoying through.

my degree, moved to nottingham. thats it really. :(

a job, the boy who made me happy for a few weeks.

havent seen too many new films this year, although at christmas i watched Amelie....i wuold totally recommend it to anyone single, and a girl, its SO super cute
30. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
24. i went to get my tongue piercing sorted, bought hot underwear just for me in teh day, then sheffield to see walls of jericho, then cookie club. it was nice.
31. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
a job, career ambitions, someone to love.
32. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2008?
more black, growing up a little perhaps with the addition of the lace dress and heels. Still favouring the macbeth trainers and t shirts though for dancing purposes.

friends and family. music

Brandan Schiepetti, yes i know hes taken! Also possibly the guy from protest the hero with his newly shaved hair and sunglasses at novemebr show...hot. Ami James.
