oooooh, so i wrote back to 02 about them not giving me a new charger (see two entries back). They just replied....

As previously advised, I'm sorry we won't be able to send you a replacement
charger for your phone.

:D £5 isnt bad, considering i paid £6 on ebay for a new charger anyways, so i guess technically i got it free now. Moral of the story, threaten to leave a company and they will give you stuff :)
