Maybe the reason why you acted that way is because you aren't ready to be with anyone else and that you should just cool it when it comes to finding someone new. It will happen eventually so there is no need for you to get involved in these situations where you "don't think". Situations like those will never help you and your feelings about Sarah. They will either make you feel worse about yourself or just screw you over even more. I know that you look for someone to love and be in a relationship with but, I honestly do not think you're ready for that. You just need to chill out and have fun with your friends for a while and possibly stay away from girls. I am always here to talk about anything, even if I am as mad as I was the other night.
