life...again
so, i've been working on my graduation slide show. getting pictures and such. i need to scan some tomorrow.
nick said the sweetest thing to me tonight. "the only way i know i can say goodbye is because we will spend eternity together." *big smile and sigh*
today my dad and i went shopping *urgh* and then he dropped me off at nick's apartment. we ate dinner and bought his books and went to coldstone. and luckily i ran into molly's dad and uncle on the street and found out molly, jen and kale were at potbelly. on the same street. hehe... that was funny.
oh so, last night was the funniest situation i've ever been in. nick was supposed to fly in from Colorado to Chicago to Bloomington where his brothers car is at and then he and his dad and bro. would drive back to Mahomet. the flight to Bloomington was cancelled, and then they got one to Champaign but it kept getting delayed until 9:40, so they were in the airport for 6 hours. well, also his mom's car hadn't been starting well, but she came and picked me up and we headed in to pick the guys up from the airport. we hadn't gotten more than a mile on the interstate and her car died. so then i called my dad and he picked us up. and meanwhile a cop pulled up behind us to see if we were okay. well, then my dad, nick's mom and i all went to the airport. and nick still thought i was in Moline. hehe... :) so then he got off the plane and came down the escalator and was shocked at seeing me there. it was so funny. and then he had told me earlier that he was happy i wasn't in Mahomet because he would be even more upset about not getting a flight home. he said this while i was sitting on my couch in Mahomet. i had to try really hard not to laugh.
well, i'm gonna get going. church tomorrow AM.
