Thanks much for explaining, and I completely understand. I will probably go the pdf route, to hold down on printing and shipping costs, especially as I am in the USA and postage here for the printed book would be too costly, on top of the price of the book itself.

I'm so stoked about this book! I've enjoyed working on it, and I can't wait to see the finished product, as well as finding out how the guys like it.

kady i actually think the website is usa based so check out costs 1st when the books realised as i think u can get a total before having to press purchase or something. did u try the vol1 book to see what the postage would cost includingt postage as when im logged in under my name it doesnt let me purchse the same way as everyone else.
i have to buy in bulk and pay the bulk postage fee. which is surprisingly cheap but i got diddled lasttime posting the books out sep to everyone around the uk after lol. if u find out postage costs let me kno and i can link them up here for people to kno in advance
