A great classic!
I like to add small bits of smoked pork...
I subtitute tomatoes with leek because my husband is not overly fond of cooked tomatos or make half/half.
Also great in "mini" version as tapas or appetizers

This isn't one of my SO's favorites, but I love it. It's a great summer meal with salad or fruit on the side.
