My first year as Mrs. Where-my-money-at-mc-ho
This is my last full week at my job. I'll be here part time for the next few weeks and then I'll be using up my sick and vacation time. I am so ready to leave. My duties just increased from coordinating 11 studies to coordinating 13 studies, and I'm just about done here. I can't believe that after waiting three years to go back to school, it's finally happening. And I was just contacted by my school and offered a Graduate Assistantship based on the strength of my resume. So now part of my tuition will be covered and I'll get a stipend. Every time I question my decision to go back to school, something great happens to reassure me. I feel like I made a good decision. So for the next month I'll be camping near Lake Placid, visiting my friend in Avalon and painting our home. And this weekend is my one year anniversary with the best husband in the world. And my incredibly generous mother-in-law is sending us to the restaurant where we got engaged. Now I just need to come up with a good gift for the "paper anniversary".
